Friendly and professional, speaks several languages and is qualified as a plumber and electrician - very useful! His experience in different countries also means that he can have ideas to solve problems in a different and better way Very happy with the work that he has done for us and also the fact that he visits at exactly the time agreed (usually to the minute!)
